In force 8 October 2026.

This page covers our website and two Android apps, all run by EUDAIMONIA COMPANY LIMITED:

This website and MharPoh

The short version, for customers. There are no accounts. The only cookies are Google Analytics (to count visits) and Meta's advertising cookies, and only if you press Accept on our cookie banner β€” until then, or if you press Reject, nothing is sent to Google or Meta. More below. We ask for your details in five places only β€” when you send us a parcel enquiry, when you order through us, when you send us a picture of your payment slip, when you message us, and when you apply for a job with us β€” and we use them to answer you, buy what you asked for, bring or move your goods, and consider your application. Tracking asks for nothing but the code. The shops we buy from in Thailand never get your name, number or address.

Who we are

EUDAIMONIA COMPANY LIMITED, a logistics agent based in Mandalay, Myanmar. We book carriers for goods across Myanmar and for parcels between Myanmar and Thailand, and we buy goods in Thailand on our customers' behalf and bring them to Myanmar.

Ask us anything about this page β€” including to see or delete what we hold β€” at eudaimonia@totals-inc.com or +66 61 012 9331.

What we collect, and why

When you send a parcel enquiry The eight things on the home page: what is in the parcel, roughly what it weighs, the collection and delivery addresses, the sender's name, your phone or Viber number, the receiver's name and phone, when you would like it to go, and anything fragile or urgent. Only your number is required. We use it to price the parcel and arrange it; it arrives on our office's parcels board for a member of staff to answer. If you give us somebody else's name and number as the receiver, please tell them.
"Copy my message" does not send anything to us β€” it puts the text on your phone's clipboard for you to paste into Viber or Messenger yourself, where that app's own privacy terms apply.
When you order through us What you want β€” the items and how many from our catalogue or our stock, or, when you ask for anything, your description of it and, if you choose to add them, a link to a photo and a link to the item β€” whether you want it quickest or cheapest, your name, your phone number, your city, your delivery address, and whether you want texts. Everything except the photo link, the item link and the texts choice is required. We use it to price the order, to buy the goods in Thailand, to bring them to you and to contact you about it. If you came to the order page from one of our catalogues on Facebook, TikTok or Google, the order also records which one β€” a word such as "facebook", never anything about you.
The page gives this phone a private key for the order (see below). To open the order on another phone you type the phone number you ordered with; it is sent in the body of the request, never in the web address, and is only compared with the order β€” it is not stored again.
When you send a payment slip After you accept a price you may send us one picture or screenshot of your transfer β€” you choose it from your phone; the app cannot look at your photos. It is made smaller on your phone before it is sent. We keep it with your order as the record that you paid. Only the owner of the company can open it; other staff see only that a slip arrived, and when. We never ask for a card number or a banking password: you pay by transfer in your own banking app.
Texts about your order Only if you tick "Text me at each step", and only to a Myanmar mobile number (09…). Each text carries the order code, the step in words and a link to the order β€” not your name or address. They go out through a licensed Myanmar SMS provider, which receives your number and the text in order to deliver it. We keep a record of each text: the number, the wording and whether it went. With any other number we ring you instead of texting.
When you message us The chat box on this site sends what you type to our support desk. The first reply may be written by an automated assistant β€” an AI model run for us by an AI service provider, which receives the conversation to write that reply. Anything it cannot answer, and anything you ask to take to a person, goes to a member of staff. The conversation is kept so that whoever answers can see what was already said. Say as little or as much as you like β€” it is a message, not a form.
When you apply for a job On Careers: your name, your phone or Viber number, your email address, your answer to whether you could work in the role's country without us arranging a work permit, anything you choose to write, and β€” only if you attach one β€” your CV as a PDF. We ask about work permits only; we never ask where you are from. We use it to consider you for that position and to contact you about it, nothing else. Only the owner of the company reads applications. When one arrives he is sent an email with your name, email address, the position and its place, and a message with your name and the position. We do not email you an automatic reply; the page tells you it was received. The application is kept on our group's servers, operated with BamBite Co., Ltd., and a CV file with a file-storage provider that works for us.
When you track a consignment Only the tracking code. We do not ask for a name, a phone number or a password, and the answer never includes a driver's phone number or anyone's email address.
Automatically Our website host and our servers keep ordinary request logs β€” the address you connect from, the page or lookup requested, and the time. They are how the service runs, and how we limit how often one connection can send an order, an enquiry, a slip or a phone-number lookup.

What stays on your phone

Five things are kept on your device only, in the browser's storage:

Clearing the app's storage erases all five (and so asks you about cookies again). This is browser storage, not cookies: none of it follows you between sites, and we cannot read it from our side.

Cookies: Google Analytics and Meta advertising

This site can use two scripts, and both are off until you choose:

The first time you visit, a banner asks, and Accept and Reject are the same size and one press each. One choice covers both. Nothing is ticked for you.

What MharPoh does not do

Who else sees it

Goods moving between Myanmar and Thailand cross a border, so the details of a consignment may be seen by customs and border authorities on either side. That is part of shipping, not something we choose per customer.

Some pages link elsewhere β€” Viber, Messenger, our partners' and our own shops' pages, the other apps of our group. Once you follow such a link you are on that service, under its own privacy terms. When the home page shows our latest social-media posts, their pictures load from that network's servers, which see your connection's address as with any picture; they are not told which page you were on.

How long we keep it

Job applications are kept while the position is open and afterwards as the record of who applied; we have not set a fixed deletion date for them either, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time (below). Enquiries, orders and shipment records are kept while we are working for you and afterwards as our record of the job β€” a freight or order record is the evidence of what was agreed, what was paid and what moved, and a payment slip is our evidence that money was received. We have not set a fixed deletion date for them, and we would rather say so than print a number we do not keep to. Chat conversations and the record of texts are kept on the same terms.

Deleting what we hold

Email eudaimonia@totals-inc.com from any address, with your order code or the phone number you used, and say what you want deleted. We will delete what we hold about you that we are not required to keep β€” for example for accounts or tax, or because an order is still open β€” and tell you what, if anything, we have kept and why. There is no account to close, and what is on your phone you can erase yourself, as above.

The Eudaimonia Rider app

Eudaimonia Rider (Android, company.eudaimonialogistics.rider) is the work app for the riders who collect and deliver our jobs in Mandalay β€” our employees and the outside riders we have approved. It is not for customers, and nobody can sign up in it. Everything in the sections above about MharPoh does not apply to it; this section does.

The short version, for riders. You sign in with your phone number and a code from our office. While you have a job in progress and the app is open, it sends your phone's precise location to our dispatch office so they can see where the goods are. It stops when you have no job in progress or close the app. It never uses your camera, photos, files or contacts.

What the Rider app collects, and why

Signing in Your phone number and a 6-digit sign-in code that our office gives you (read out, or by text if you are not at the depot). We keep the code only in a scrambled form that cannot be read back; it works once and stops working after 24 hours, or after five wrong tries (the one exception is the sign-in we give Google Play's reviewers). Signing in puts a sign-in key on your phone that lasts up to 90 days. We use the number to know which rider you are, nothing else.
Location (precise) The app asks for your phone's precise location β€” not approximate β€” and uses it only while the app is open and you have a job in progress (a parcel run you have accepted, collected or arrived at, or a passenger trip).
  • For a parcel run it sends your position about every 15 seconds, with how accurate the fix is, your direction and your speed, and records your position when you press each step (accepted, collected, arrived, handed over). This is how the office sees where a parcel is and checks where it was handed over.
  • For a passenger trip, the phone measures the distance from its own positions and sends only the distance and the time, which is what the fare is worked out from. The positions themselves stay on the phone.
  • With no job in progress, or with the app closed or in the background, it does not ask for or send your location.
  • You can refuse the permission. Parcel runs still work, with a warning on the screen; a passenger trip cannot measure its fare without it.
What you do and type Going on and off duty, each step of a job and when you pressed it, the name or place you handed a parcel to, and your reason when a delivery could not be made. We use them to run the job and to answer the customer.
Photos, files, contacts None. The app has no camera, photo, file or proof-of-delivery picture, and does not read your contacts. The call buttons open your phone's own dialler.
Device and usage No advertising ID, no device ID, no analytics or crash-reporting tool, and no advertising: the app can only talk to our own server. Like the website, our server keeps ordinary request logs (the address you connect from, what was asked for, the time), and counts sign-in attempts per connection to stop guessing.

The app also shows you the names, phone numbers and addresses of the people you collect from and deliver to. Use them for that job only.

What stays on the rider's phone

Who sees it

How long we keep it

Google Play's review sign-in

We give Google Play's reviewers a sign-in of their own so they can look at the app. Its code can be used more than once, for a limited time. It sees sample jobs only β€” never a real customer, parcel or rider β€” and each time it is used, the time and what it opened are recorded for the owner. The owner can switch it off at any time.

Ending your sign-in, and deleting what we hold

Ask our office and they will sign you out of every phone at once. To see or delete what we hold about you, email eudaimonia@totals-inc.com with your name and the phone number you sign in with. We will delete what we are not required to keep β€” records of work done and pay, for example β€” and tell you what we kept and why. Location older than 30 days has already been deleted.

Children

This is a service for people ordering goods and arranging freight, and the Rider app is for adults who work with us. Neither is directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything about them.

Changes

If what we collect changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. The version you are reading is the one in force.
